Residential Group Homes

Commonwealth Residential Living offers residential group homes with 24/7 trained staff who provide personalized support tailored to each resident's needs. Our encompass a wide range of support, including behavior management, medical care, assistance with medical appointments, transportation, medication administration and management, help with daily living activities, meal preparation and feeding, life skills development, safety, health, as well as in-home and community activities and home upkeep. Each resident will have a private bedroom. Each home will house up to 4 residents per home.

Non-Centered Based Day Support - Community Engagement Service (Coming Soon)

Community Engagement is a goal-oriented service designed to support individuals in actively participating in their communities by developing skills, independence, and relationships. This service focuses on enhancing community integration through meaningful interactions and skill-building activities conducted in small group settings. Commonwealth Residential Living may provide Non-Centered based community engagement service for the residents if they choose.
